At this point, I took the time to write a complete outline of how all of the rest of the Gremlin series would unfold. I was very busy in my non-comics work, and it was becoming more difficult to find the time to do Wh!tless each week. But by writing the next 5 weeks ahead of time, I saved a lot of time each week, since all I had to do was draw it. Of course that still takes time, but I wouldn’t have to waste time each week wondering what to draw. So from this point on, I knew what was going to happen throughout the series, and I only added jokes here or there as needed.
I think my favorite thing about this strip is the use of the generic “no avatar” guy in a frame in the server room. It’s a goofy little joke, but these are the things that amuse me.
